Out of Network Provider
Dr. Boynton is an "out of network" provider. In other words, she does not participate in any insurance panels as a preferred provider. However, if your insurance covers some portion of services from providers that are not in their network, she can provide you with a receipt/super bill for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. She does not bill insurance companies.

FEES
Clinical fees vary depending on your individual treatment plan. Please contact Dr. Boynton to inquire about service fees.

PAYMENT
Full payment is due by the end of each visit. Dr Boynton accepts credit cards, Venmo or Zelle.
